First 3 stages on Normal.

Stage 1 Mid-boss: Kisume (better known as "Bucket Loli")
Stage 1 Boss: Yamame Kurodani (better known as "Spider Loli")

Stage 2 Boss: Parsee Mizuhashi (better known as, um, "Parsee Mizuhashi" ^^;;)

Stage 3 Boss: Yuugi Hoshiguma (also known as "Suika's drinking partner" :P)

When the demo was out in late May, that was it. The full game came out a week ago (as of this post), which added the other 3 stages (among other stuff).

Stage 5 on Normal. [Sig Note: Around the 2nd or 3rd time I saw this stage, I actually cried thanks to the stage theme's awesomeness. Whooooooooooosh.]

Stage 5 Mid-boss: That damn cat again...
Stage 5 Boss: Rin Kaenbyou (aka "Orin" aka "that fucking cat" aka "Wendy")

Stage 6 on Normal. Yes, that IS Normal. [Sig Note: Greatest. Boss fight. EVER.]

Stage 6 Mid-boss: If I see that fucking cat one more time... (better known as "Rin Kaenbyou")
Stage 6 Boss: Utsuho Reiuji (aka "Okuu" aka "Nuke-tan" aka "Chernobyl-tan" aka "Bahamuko" aka "Unyuu", and yes that's a lot of fucking nicknames)
